GOLD HIVE  TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

 

1. Overview

By placing an order with Gold Hive, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the rental, delivery, use, and return of all items provided during your stay.

2. Rental Period

All items are rented for the duration selected at checkout.

  • The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery date

  • The rental period ends on the scheduled pickup date

  • The maximum rental period is 7 days unless otherwise approved by Gold Hive

  • Items must remain at the delivery address for the full duration of the rental

Requests for extensions must be made in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Gold Hive will deliver all items to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery will occur prior to or on your scheduled arrival date

  • Pickup will occur after your departure or at the end of the rental period

  • Customers are not required to be present unless otherwise specified

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring access to the property.

Gold Hive is not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or restricted access.

4. Condition of Items

All items provided by Gold Hive are:

  • Professionally cleaned

  • Inspected prior to delivery

  • Maintained to meet quality standards

If any item does not meet expectations, customers must notify Gold Hive within 24 hours of delivery so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the issue.

5. Use of Items

Customers agree to:

  • Use all items for their intended purpose

  • Maintain items in reasonable condition during the rental period

  • Keep all items at the delivery property for the duration of the rental

Gold Hive is not responsible for misuse or improper handling of rental items.

6. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items

Customers are responsible for all rented items during the rental period.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered, excluding normal wear and tear

  • Any item that is damaged, lost, or missing at the time of pickup may result in additional charges

Damage & Replacement Charges:

  • Charges are based on the current fair value of the item, taking into account age, condition, and expected wear

  • Partial damage may result in a repair or depreciation-based fee

  • Items that are lost or damaged beyond reasonable repair may be charged up to their current replacement value

Gold Hive reserves the right to assess item condition and determine appropriate charges in a fair and commercially reasonable manner.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations:

  • Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours prior to delivery

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to partial or no refund

Changes:

  • Requests to modify orders must be made prior to delivery

  • All changes are subject to availability

Delivered Orders:

  • Orders that have already been delivered are non-refundable

8. Access to Property

By placing an order, you confirm that Gold Hive has permission to access the delivery location for drop-off and pickup.

Gold Hive is not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Lack of access

  • Incorrect entry information

  • Property restrictions

9. Liability

Gold Hive is not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of rental items

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Conditions of third-party properties

Customers assume responsibility for the proper and safe use of all rented items.

10. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

11. Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Gold Hive to charge your payment method for any applicable:

  • Damage or loss fees

  • Missing items

  • Additional rental time or service adjustments

12. Order Limitations

Gold Hive services are intended for short-term stays and vacation rentals.

  • Orders exceeding 7 days may be declined or adjusted

  • Gold Hive reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that do not align with standard service terms

13. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
